          • We prepare company Acts in the employment area
          • We prepare systematization of jobs
          • We find workers for clients- employ foreigners (advertise, evaluation, selection
             of workers)
          • We apply for work permits for non Serbian nationals and other necessary
             procedures
          • We prepare documentation used in employing workers, regulating working
             relationship and terminating working relationship (employment contract, trial
             period, contract annex, decisions, training contract…)
          • We undertake administration procedures (registering workers with national
             employment bureau and fullfiling all other employment regulatory obligations)
          • We ensure employee rights to receive healthcare, pension and disability
             insurance are fulfilled
          • We provide advisory service to Client Company in the area of employment


We provide service of Human Resource department as a whole or as individual fields requested by our client.
